Obituary for Marc R. Deschenes
Marc Robert Deschenes, 60, of Chester, NH passed away on November 12, 2018 after a long struggle with stage IV colon cancer.
Marc was born in Somersworth, NH on 12/2/1957 to Pauline (Fournier) and Paul Deschenes.
Marc is survived by his partner in life and love, Maggie Pedone of Chester, NH; his son Marc Nicolas Deschenes of Portsmouth, NH; his son Jon and daughter-in-law Jennie (Watson) Deschenes of Nashville, TN; his daughter Sherry and son-in-law Nicholas Matrascia of Nashville, TN; his 4 grandchildren, Miles and Vayda Deschenes and Logan and Charlotte Mastracia; his brother Peter and sister-in-law Kay (Benham) of New Boston; his brother Dan Deschenes; his mother Pauline and stepfather George Mossey of Nashua NH.
Marc’s family and Maggie are planning a celebration of Marc’s life on June 29, 2019 at Pete and Kay Deschene’s home, 26 Rossdale Lane, Weare, NH. Everyone who would like to share in this event are very welcomed! Marc’s greatest joys in life were his love of playing music and having fun. Please bring your instruments if you play, as well as your memories, recollections, & stories, and join us in sharing our love for Marc and celebrating his life!
