Peter Flint, 75, of Greenville, NH, passed away peacefully after a short illness, on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at Monadnock Community Hospital, in Peterborough, NH.
Peter was born in Wellesley, MA, on December 4, 1942, and was the son of James David Flint and Josephine (Keefe) Flint.
He and his wife Donna (Briscoe) Flint have lived in Greenville, NH for the past 18 years. Peter served in the US Airforce where he was stationed at Unalakleet, AK, from 1961 through1964. He retired as a security guard in 2007 from Newark Group in Fitchburg, MA. Peter loved to fish and hunt with his close friends, Bob Burrill from New Ipswich, NH; and Carl Nelson and Tim Murphy, both from Greenville, NH.
Peter is survived by his wife, Donna Flint of Greenville, NH; and four stepchildren, Debbie Lemieux of Clearwater Beach, FL; Kerry Morrissey of Leominster, MA; Sheila MacDonald of Marlborough, MA; and Billy Hall of Grand Prairie, TX; his granddaughter Shaleene Araujo of Leominster, MA; his cousin Chris Keefe of Lancaster, MA; as well as many friends in MA and NH.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH, particularly the EMT's, Emergency Room, and the ICU unit's staff that were very supportive and nurturing to both Peter and his family.
A Military Funeral Honors will beheld at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA 01475 on Friday, January 5th, 2018 at 3:00 PM.
