Sandra L LeClair, age 77 of Mason, NH died on Sunday, March 5, 2023, surrounded by her family at her farm in Mason.
Sandra was born in Gardner, MA on March 3, 1946, the daughter of Cecil and Lillian Davis. She grew up in Ashburnham, MA before moving to Mason in 1971.
Sandra received her nursing degree from Mary Hitchcock Hospital School of Nursing. She continued in her nursing career throughout her life, specializing in kidney dialysis and treating her patients with the utmost compassion and care.
Sandra’s greatest joy was working with her family on the farm. In addition to her daily chores on the farm, Sandra would always invite you in for a cup of coffee, one of her wonderful home-baked goodies, while spending time enjoying and watching the birds in her backyard. As a result of her hard work and love, her family is left with a wonderful legacy of a rewarding work ethic, an appreciation for the earth, and a lifestyle for her family to enjoy for generations to come.
Sandra was a member of the Mason Congregational Church, the New Hampshire Farm Bureau, and The Chestnut Tree Society.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Ralph LeClair, who passed on September 22, 2022.
She leaves her two sons, Matthew R LeClair and his wife Beth, Mark E LeClair, all of Mason. Her sisters, Candace Wright(Richard) and Wendy LeBlanc(Gary) both of Ashburnham. Five grandchildren, Arthur LeClair, Vernon LeClair, George LeClair, Eleanor LeClair, and Elizabeth LeClair all of Mason. Many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at the Mason Congregational Church, 33 Valley Rd, Mason, NH, on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mason Congregational Church.
